Who is responsible

Ainzel, Inc. and its affiliated entities ("Ainzel," "we," "us") are responsible for the personal information described here, unless we say otherwise, and act as the controller of that information.

This notice does not cover customer content processed on the Ainzel platform when we act as a processor on a customer's instructions. That is governed by the customer agreement and the Ainzel product privacy terms.

This website

This website does not require an account. It does not use advertising cookies or advertising networks.

Cloudflare measures visits and page performance without advertising cookies. Google Analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, measures campaign sources and form completions. We do not use that data for remarketing.

The site host may log a technical visit, such as an IP address and the page requested, so the site can stay available and we can notice abuse.

Start Your First Project

If you use the Start Your First Project form, we collect the business area you select, the project context you write, and the contact details you provide: name, work email, company, and optional role.

We use that information to follow up about a working session, to understand the work you want to start, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information.

When you submit a form, we email the request to Ainzel and keep a business record of it. We also record the form type in analytics so we can see which pages and campaigns lead to a request.
