Welcome to Ainzel. Please read these Terms carefully because they are a binding agreement between you and Ainzel, Inc. ("Ainzel" or "we"). These Terms govern your use of the websites that link to them. "Sites" means those websites and the services offered on them. You agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice by using the Sites.
Use of Ainzel products or services is provided under a separate signed or digitally executed agreement. Those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use the services.
Your accounts
You may need an account and a password to use some features. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate anyone else. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. If an administrator assigned the account to you, they may be able to access or disable it.
Modifications and termination
We may modify the Sites at any time, with or without notice, including adding, removing, or charging for features. You may stop using the Sites at any time.
Content you send
If you post or send content, you must have the rights to it. You keep ownership, but you grant Ainzel a license to use it as needed to operate the Sites. Communications you send us are not confidential unless we say otherwise.
Your use of the Sites
Do not use the Sites in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or interferes with the Sites. Using a Site does not give you ownership of the content you access. By using a Site or sending communications through it, you consent to receive related notices electronically.
Warranties and liability
Other than as expressly set out in these Terms, Ainzel and its agents and service providers make no specific promises about the Sites. The Sites are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Except where prohibited, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Sites.
Additional details
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you agree to the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Exclusive jurisdiction is in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
